At 21yrs old, I would say u are very close (if not at) your final adult height. The only way to find out for sure if u are going to grow any taller is to get an x-ray to see if the cartilage at the end of your long bones have fused together. If they had, then u have reached your final adult height.

The only thing that really works to increase your height is a medical procedure they occasionally do on those with dwarfism. They break the leg bones and then cast them in a way that makes them fill in the breaks with new bone mass. Over several years of repeatedly doing this, they can gain a few inches of height. Doesn't sound worth it though, does it?! Besides, doctors would never do it on a healthy, average-height girl. At 17, you are likely at the height that you will be at the rest of your life. It's possible you may grow a little more if you're a late-bloomer, but it's unlikely you will grow another 3 inches. By the way, stretching is great for your muscles, but that's all it stretches...your muscles. To get taller, you'd need to stretch your bones, and there's no way of doing that. Exercise and stretching can improve your posture, which can make you appear taller, but if you are already physically fit, there isn't anything more you can do.

My friend,

There is a small tip i will let out to you. For a guy, height increase slowly starts detiriorating once his moustache starts to grow, infact if the process of formation of facial hairs has started with you, beleive me you will slowly stop growing. But scientifically it is sais a guy can grow upto around 23 years, so i still feel you have 2 years but that is not a guarantee.

If you want to try then you can try pull ups, Stretching exercises and also hanging. it may help you a bit. but do it regularly.

All the best.

Tom Cruise is only 5'6"

I'm only 5'8"

Don't worry about it too much, at 21, it is up to genetics. I probably didn't sleep enough when I was a kid. You grow when you sleep, as the body is too busy to grow when awake.

Eat right, sleep a lot and exercise, and you may gain a few inches (Tim Duncan grew a lot, not sure what age, as an adult)

Even if you don't grow, you will be in good shape.

Good luck.

Hi Harish,
You can try one Homoeopathic medicine named 'HEIGHTEX', it is available at all homoeopathy stores in India and quite cheap too. You have to take 2 tabs in week for few months. It really works but you have to do exercises regularly with it. It can help to gain 1-2 inches if used regularly.
All the best!

Well you'll probably still grow for a couple more years. As for increasing it unnaturally the only way you could do it would be through expensive and painful surgery where they keep breaking and rebreaking your legs for months.
