basically you get fat by taking in more calories than is recommended,by eating late at night the body has no chance of burning these extra calories.

not exactly, studies have shown that people who eat late at night tend to overindulge, plus if you go to bed your metabolism slows down. so eating at night itself isn't bad you just ahve to have common sense. don't watch i lost it and eat a 1/2 gallon of ice cream, or eat a whole pizza while watching denise austin exercise. lololol, been there done that i used to pig out while watching richard simmons (thank God for atkins!)

I read somewhere that it isnt true. You can easly put on weight for just eating during the day. As long as you exercise then its alrite

it depends on what, how much and how often you eat at night. Anything in moderation is fine.
