If so have you ever felt a hard lump in it then realised it is a turd in her tunnel which she is yet to pass?

I and everyone else knows what the perineum is! I'm not saying the turd was poking out of it... I was just saying that I could feel a lump of turd on its way to the anus! Underneath the skin!

Obviously half of the people "answering" this question are totally, totally clueless about what the perineum actually is.
get a clue. The perineum is the area of skin between the anus and the vagina (or anus and scrotal sac, in a man).
It is sensitive. It contains lots of nerve endings, especially in the female.
If you ever get a clue. and if you ever get a girlfriend (or boyfriend), (hey, who am I to judge your preferences?) you might find out for yourself
