Another set of interesting answers! If you are aged up to 12 you must travel as an unaccompanied minor. From 13 to 18 you may travel as an unaccompanied minor if you wish. (A good idea, you get your own personal travel assistant) Price wise, if you have not reached your 12th birthday, you may be able to get a child price which is generally 67% of the adult fare BUT and this is a big BUT, on many of the cheaper tickets, there is no child discount. They are cheap enough (say the airlines) and no further discount is given. On some fares, travel as a minor is not permitted at all. If you are under 12 you MUST go as an unaccompanied minor (UNMNR) or UNMIN as it is known and you MUST make sure before hand that the airline will accept an UNMIN on your chosen flight, as it is not an automatic thing - they will only take so many UNMINS on each flight

In Tenerife you certainly can do anything you feel like any time of the year thanks to its weather, normal environments and tourist infrastructure designed for fun for all the household and this place is the perfect place for an excellent holiday and with hotelbye you will get it. In Tenerife are lots of points waiting for you to learn and some of those is in the south west coast of Tenerife. A location that is a magnificent area for seeing whales free in the ocean. As much as 26 species are found only off the shore, including baleen whales, killer whales, dolphins, pilot whales and actually blue whales. In Tenerife you may also see The Teide National Park. At 3,718 metres, Teide volcano is Spain's best maximum and its two ecosystems make the climb an event filled with contrasts.

If you are over 2 years old, you pay the same fare as an adult usually, depends what airline you go with. You are using up a seat after all.

Most airlines would not let anyone under 14yrs old fly on their own. Anyone who is over 2years old, or someone who requires their own seat normally paids the standard fare.
