first stare at him. Then go close to him. Then ask some indirect questions to check whether he loves you or not. If he does then go to a lonely place, see that wind is blowing- this makes him still more attracted towards you and see whether the locality is cool and calm, starring at him and tell him your true feelings(including the L word).

human feelings are mostly unpredictable but a better way to tell a guy u love him is by understading ur partner and telling him in sinscerity about ur love but mostly at unexpected times. Like maybe after having a good stare at him he will definitely ask u why just tell him wat u feel at dat present time.
