I'm 32 years old and for some odd reason I have an urge to learn to stand on my hands and balance that way for a few seconds. I am increasing my upper body strength but i should have enough at this time. I have been balancing my entire frame by leaning against a dancers stretching bar (horizontal)and i also have had a friend hold my legs up for me. Any other ideas and how long might htis take? How much practice?
