Cotswolds are one of the most beautiful areas of Gloucestershire. Places to see include: Lower and Upper Slaughter, Stow-on-the Wold (antiques and cafes), Burton-on-the-Water is a tad too touristy, but you might like it. Bring your boots and take in the walking trails and treat yourself to local beers in the many pubs, complete with open fires. If it's fun you're after, then there is train into London hourly!

Stow On The Wold is a lovely place in the Cotswolds.
