Firefox is far better than Internet Explorer 7.
Because Firefox allows you to install hundreds
of free themes and extension while being stabler than IE7.
What most people dont say is that
IE7's new features were more of less stolen from
firefox, such as Tabbed browsing and live feeds.
I would suggest you go with Firefox
