good analogy we are like grade schoolers on the play ground. Some are mean and stupid some are loud and arrogant, while some love who they can. we have not grown much that I can tell.

Here, here.. I wrote to someone today who was tying pagans to Halloween, and I might have over done it, but in-retrospect, that was what i was trying to say. Half the people are spouting things they have no clue of. The only catch to that is,if we were all just people, with no tags then what would we have to say?? Hello, how are you, hows the kids, how was work, anything else would be gossip. Like if the world was all the same and perfect, we would get so bored so fast we would kill each other, just for some excitement.!! Don't call them labels, why can't we be who we wish to be and leave it at that, their really nothing more than symbols of who we are, words are poison if not truly understood.
Respect out of kindness and treat those like, you were looking at
god himself or your mother or your priest or priestess, whomever you would never judge, for we all bleed the same.
love & light

Labels are used to make it clear where we stand, things would be confusing without them. The problem is when people decide to use the labels in a negative way. Personally I have never used what someone is defined as against them, not even in high school. On the other hand I have looked at the labels to start a conversation about things they know more about than me.

Because if we were all the same, we'd get bored, so we spread out (figuratively). But we're a gregarious species as well, so we form groups even as we do spread out, some based around family or geography, some around memes. So it gets complicated. I used to know someone online who I could talk about the video game industry, Nintendo in particular, easily. But when we talked as a Jew (me) and a Muslim (him) things got ugly.

Study Psychology. You will find that the human mind works by compartmentizing. I suppose this is one of the things that influenced the development of computers.
