only if you took the same action against people eating lobster or wearing clothing of mixed materials - you might even put the judge to death.

Leviticus 18:22
"you shall not lie with a male as with a woman. it is an abomination.

Revelation 21: 8
"but the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.

as far as holding up in court: here we go with the separation of church & state issue.

I am an exgay. Of course it wouldn't hold up in court. By the way did you hear about the cult leader that was sentenced to death today for killing 5 family members, including a 7 year old girl? His defense was that God told him to do it.

There is also a Scripture which states to let them be unjust still (Rev 22:10-12)......

What this means is that in the end, the Lord, Himself, shall judge them according to the things that are written within their personal book of life....

it is written a day at a time, a page at a time, within them....

On judgement their own hearts (books) shall be open and judged (Rev 20:12)....

and if worthy, it shall be included in the Lamb's Book of Life.

If they are not worthy to be read, they shall be cast away....

Let them be unjust still.....

Men can have sex with men all they want. But when you get a little bug on your privates you may want to tell the doctor about it.

Another just reason to burn all the bibles in the world. Better ad the Torahs and Korans just to be careful.
