i dont like wearing shoes because it gives me blisters sometimes. so i run on the treadmil for 30 minutes barefoot. is that bad for my feet in the long run? or is it alright?

No it is best to use nice comfortable shes for the treadmill. It can get slippery and cause you to fall otherwise.

It may be a little more impact because you do not have the padding of the shoes, so it could wear a bit on your knees but I think it will be negligable.

Marathon runners in Kenya run for dozens of mile with out shoes and some of them have raced the NYC marathon barefoot and that is on asphalt.

You may have to reduce the durations of your runs in the beggining to compensate for the extra impact

I don't know if it's bad in the long run. The only thing I noticed is it's uncomfortable running on it with bare feet because of the impact. Why don't u go to a good running store and get yourself some shoes that are comfortable and fit properly?

It should be ok, my late dad had one and he spent at least an hour on a treadmill barefooted and he didn't suffer bad feet.
