No not as long as her parents say it is ok. I would refrain from having sex with her until she is 18.

LOL. Talk about robbing the cradle. Just joking. From what you give me from how you describe the situation, let the girl grow up first, man. I don't fully know your situation, but the choice is yours. If you really care about this girl then do what's best for her. You're 23 an she's 17. If YOU believe that there is something wrong with this situation then only YOU can change the outcome of the situation. Good luck, but I think that you will be alright.

It's illegal in most, not all states. I think it's a stupid law, personally. There are tons of guys that are 18 in high school that date freshman girls that are 14, 15 and there is nothing wrong with that, besides what the stupid law says. Age of consent needs to be lowered, imo. Everyone in high school is old enough to decide whether or not to have sex. And they do it anyhow.

Not really, just don't do like my ex-boyfriend (he was 21 at the time) did his 16 year old girlfriend and get her pregnant before she leaves high school. Find some other intimate way to be close.

Yeah - it's called statutory rape. Grow up and started dating your own age - or won't they have you?

Where are the girls parents? If a 23 year old guy started dating my 17 year old girl, he would go missing in the desert, never to be found again.

Probably not illegal. In most places the age of consent is 16 or17 or less. In a year or two the age difference will mean nothing.

iam a 17 year old female and i think that it is fine to date her as long as you respect her and her age and remember she might not be ready for the stuff you are. You have had more life experience than she has.
