here is what has happened to me and it was great....
invite him over, for dinner, then afterwards, go into the bedroom, change into some nightgown, when you return, dim the lights first, walk in and just sit down next to him, like nothing else is differant, let him react and do the talking, he will be a little startled at first, but will soon be getting comfortable with you...

Don't ask him show him. If you ask him you might put him off. Anyways if you ask him & then change your mind again I think it will hurt him even more.
Are you sure you want him now? You might be intriguded by the fact that he stopped asking you to. So, better make him ask you again & then you will know how you really feel.

If he is the only guy you are dating, and he knows he is the only guy your dating, then asking him what kind of birth control you should use. This lets him know you are at least thinking about taking the relationship to the next level.

Call him up. Maybe invite him over to watch a movie...and then kiss him. From there I'm pretty sure it will go as far as you want it to go. If that fails...you might need to take advantage of him when he is drunk or something.

Do you care if the guy has any respect for you? If you do, than you need to let the guy chase after you. If you don't, he truly will not care for you no more than the rock outside. If you want to be a "bootie call", call him up. I have a feeling you like yourself a little more than that. The right guy will come around, and the wait will be well worth it.
