All stouts are good for you. At the time of their invention, around 150 years ago, stouts were originally intended to be consumed by women, they are full of iron and various other goodies essential to female health. The idea was to draw women into the pubs and have them drinking alongside the men.
In these non-sexist, egalitarian days, stout is a wonderful beverage which should be consumed regardless of one's sex! And possibly as an alternative to sex!
My recommendation is that all men and women drink one glass of Guinness (or any other Irish or Australian stout for that matter) before retiring each night. Its like taking a wonderful tasting multivitamin.

Yes actually it is. It is lighter in alcohol per content volume than most "light" beers, it's a source of iron and it tastes good.
