Ok. Take the bacon and slice it up into about one inch pieces....use around 9 slices if it is to feed 4- 6 ppl. then peal, and cube your potatoes. Put them in a pot together and turn it on ( you can add a small amount of veggie oil to keep it from sticking) Put a lid on it and stir frequently. Salt and pepper to taste (I also use a smidge of garlic salt to taste, add 2 cans of grean beans, if you don't have them they are cheap.(or use corn is absolutely necessary) It will be done when the potatoes are soft.
Then boil your chicken, add butter to the water if you like. Allow it to cool and debone it if necessary. Mix with the chicken rice, and mix some shredded cheese in.
Then boil some pasta, run cool water over it. When cooled and drained, add mayo or miracle whip, add diced onions, and peas - and if you have or like add sweet relish. (this is called english pea salad and is very tasty)
WALAH! A meal!

Depending on how many people you're cooking for, what you could do is joint the chicken and perhaps freezing the whole lot (which you can cook some other time) except for its carcass which you can boil with herbs and veg to obtain a nice stock. Once the stock is ready, you can add 1 carrot, a piece of celery (or parsnip) and onion finely chopped, boil for half an hour then add a handful of (short) pasta and serve it as a soup. With the bits of chicken attached to the carcass, which you'll need to remove with your hands, you can make some Spanish croquetas (similar to meat balls) by processing the meat finely with a blender or food processor, then adding some soft bechamel sauce, salt and a bit of finely chopped bacon + 1 egg. Spread some breadcrumb and then fry in a bit of oil. Serve them on a bed of steamed veg (peas, sweetcorn) and with fried tomatoes.

Do you need to use all ingredients?
If not - keep it simple
1. you can make some pasta. Then cut up chicken chunks and some bacon. In a pan sweat some onions, then add the chicken and bacon. once that's all cooked, add in some finely chopped tomatoes with some Italian herbs cook for 15 min or until the tomatoes have completely broken down. then toss with the pasta and add cheese
2. you can make chicken soup: brown the chicken first in a dutch oven or soup pot. then remove, add the following vegetables chopped: carrots, parsnips, onions and cook for 10 min then add in the chicken, chopped potatoes and season to taste. add in chicken stock enough to cover all of the ingredients and a little more, cover and cook on low for 40 min to 1 hour until the potatoes are fully cooked through. about 10 min before you can add pasta or some rice.

Half Chicken and Hash
Cut the chicken in half, from the head to the tail with a sharp knife, not through the backbone, but next to it.
wash it, and let dry leaving the skin on. You will have a breast, thigh, wing, and 1/2 the backbone meat for each piece.
Brown each 1/2 chicken in vegetable oil, skin side down.
The Hash
Brown 4 strips of finely chopped bacon, then
Saute any of the vegetables you have (not the baked beans) (shown above) all cut in small bits, or a dice that you choose, in oil, and the bacon fat, leaving the bacon in with the veges. You will need two cups.
1 cup of COOKED rice ( the savory rice is better)
Mix your veges in with the rice
Salt and pepper the inner side of the chicken pieces, and fill them up with your hash.
Cover with foil lightly, and bake in a 375 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes. Let cool then serve, if you have more than 2 guests, you can slice the chicken in quarters after cooking.
Have some hot bread with this, its great! Good Eats!

I would first start with the potatoes and make cheese twice baked potatoes,,
boil and mash potatoes
add cooked bacon, onions and cheese, ( I like sour cream in mine also but if you don't have it then you don't need it)
Then I would move on looks like unless you want to do a vegitarian dish you gonna have to do something with the chicken,, you can do a chicken pasta with tomatoe sauce, or a cheesey chick and rice,,
you could do also make mac and cheese with the pasta and add the beans,, add chicken and bbq sauce and it's a nice something different.
Good luck,, if nothing else,, call out for pizza!!!

Slice your Potatoes (thin) and layer them in a flat dish. One layer Potato, one layer bacon, one layer grated cheese, tomatoes etc. etc. put in the herbs and spices as you please and garlic sprinkled throughout if you like garlic. Last layer cheese again. Pour a tub of fresh cream over and bake in the oven until potatoe soft. Delish!! SA recipe. Chicken : Mix 1/2 cup mayo, 1/2 cup Apricot or Peach jam, 1 pack Brown Onion Soup (powder) add salt, pepper etc. Pour in water (depending on how much gravy you want) and mix well. (you will have lumps in the jam, don't stress!) Add your onions, carrots, and whatever to the chicken pot. Pour the "sauce" over your chicken and put in the oven. Serve "Apricot Chicken" on your rice. (or pasta) Warm your beans and sweetcorn and serve on the side.

third, pasta with tomato salsa and crispy bacon(best with italian pancetta)
