First, make sure you don't have any medical issues going on, since your hair can be a big reflection of your health. Go get all checked out.
Second, if you are just graying due to age or genes, then there is nothing you can do about it. If you dye it, you will just have to keep dying it, because gray roots are more obvious than regular colored roots.
One poster suggested highlights until you get used to the gray in your hair.....that's a pretty good idea, especially if the highlights are close to your before-color.
Find a cut you really like, update your make-up, buy a GREAT pair of kitten heels, and find some sexy underwear. (You are still allowed to be sexy with gray hair!)

If I could answer that question, I'd be worth ALOT of money!!!
Best thing you can do is cover it up with color, or if your hair is lighter, try highlights that will help the grey blend in and go with the flow!

Use the light hair coloring y ou wash in and out... will take it back to original color slowly instead of overnight and no1 will notice.
