just report it back asking them to actualy look at it-- youll get your points back plus an extra ten, and theyll get some(dont know how much )deleted---- and if they get reported for doing stupid stuff like that for x(?) amount of times, then theyre deleted :) sorry someone pissed you off- now get them back

now i dont think it would of been a moron for yhe simple fact it would take someone much more clever to undergo the process of reporting you and giving a good reason why it should be deleted
