We both work at the same job and we talk once during lunch break. We had a good conversation.
We talk about school,we told each other where we live, and what we like to do for fun. She's very pretty. But I don't feel sexually for her. So what does that mean? Once in awhile she talks to me and when she does I feel good inside. I can't stop thinking about her. So what do you think this means?

You love the way she talks with you and feel very comfy with her. this means you ahve a good understanding where you both reciprocate easily and do not hold back your thots and emotions.
And friendship comes first even though you may end up being lovers.

If your not feeling "attracted" to her, how come your thinking about her so much? Are you just looking for a "buddy" to have some fun with? Maybe ask her to go do something FUN with, so it doesn't look like a serious date, or bring along someone else from work so again it doesn't look like a date, than try to figure out what your feeling. Or just give it more time.

talk to her ask her out. Rejection better than regret. You are thinking about her, because you are wondering if she is thinking about you. Ask her out and get some closure. If you guys hit it off then that is great. If you don't, no big deal, and move on. The important thing is closure. Why must there always be a sexual attraction? There are alot of people I enjoy their company and love talking to them and can't wait til I talk to them, but that doesn't mean I want to go to bed with them.
