I think the best way to control ur anger is to: do not think about that person who would be reason and try to think about other things, listen to some soft music. and,
if u feel u need to cry, u can cry because after that u will get a satisfaction, u loose ur frustration. and then u feel much better. and u can also talk to ur friends who can help u. talk to ur parents.
do some meditation daily if possible.

One either allows themselves to become angered, or one does not allow to be angered. I know that sounds simple, and it is.
If you like to be angered, or if you allow others to anger you, go with it, be angry.
If you do not allow others to anger you, you cannot be angered.
If a person makes a statement that you feel is wrong, you have a choice, get mad and argue, or don't. You allow your anger to be. You also allow your anger not to be.
The choice has all ways been yours.

when I get angry first I will close my eyes and take a few really deep breaths, sometimes it helps to control my anger. or go to a place where it is not so crowded, find some place to relax and listen to some music. Hope this helps :)

its a tried n tested method ....................... will take some time for you to implement, once implemented you find yourself as one of the most cool headed person around under any circumstances . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Whenever someone tires to irritate u and u feel the anger inside, before replying (verbal - non verbal) count to 10. Slowly and gradually ....................... and see the difference .......... the way you see things will change in and out.

Try not to be so sensitive, everyone gets picked on, made fun of, or talked about at some point. Just realize that you do it too. We all do, it's no big deal.
