PLease help. I want to be able to fade from scene to scene and windows movie maker doesnt offer that.

Try Video Edit Magic: it works in a similar way to Windows Movie Maker but includes tons more effects.

1. AMV Video Format (.amv) encoder, check out the Freeware encoders.
2. if you mean AMV, anime music video then no, find a cheap program with “time stretch” to sync the words. Please don’t take Japanese cartoons and throw a popular main stream rock song on it. Make sure to get permission from the art studios first ^_^
