We have hired a full time baby sitter for our baby of 5 month old. But we have a usual lack of trust as there is no trained baby sitter available in India. Has anyone faced such a situation before?

No,... but I do know someone from India who said he was molested by his female babysitter as a kid. Set up cameras everywhere..... and let her know it's there, even if it's just fake.

Has anything unusual happened to your baby since hiring her? If you are nervous, and can afford it, buy a surveillance camera, and film the house while you are away. I don't trust anyone with my son, never did, and hes 9 now, but never at anytime did I let anyone other than my immediate family watch him, meaning my mother, and brother. I was and am an at home Mother, though, so it was easier on me that way, and my son and I are as close as two peas in a pod. Good luck.
