I have a pimple at the bottom of my crouch area which started a couple of years ago. I went to a doctor and he poped it. Since then whenever it comes myself was poping it. What is the cause behind this pimple and how can I avoid this pimple?

This not sound like fun, I have had a few of those, but, they were over time. As mentioned maybe underwear, if you wear briefs, try boxers. Also, if this it, the Doctor should have noticed, but, if it around a hairy spot sometimes the hair curl back in on you and infect it. I have Black friends with this problem on their face and when they shave it curl in and cause a bump, actually a lot of bumps. This all I know.

Sounds like a re-occuring pimple, those things suck majorly. Just buy some Clearasil and treat it three times a day. Most people take showers, but maybe you could try taking a bath. Just sitting and soaking could help your skin with pimples. Remember to moisturize your skin, by using lotion or cream when you get out of the bath or shower. And remember your acne treatment!

Sometimes when you sweat excessively and it gets all moist and warm, your skin becomes sensitive too.
Maybe a change of underwear after you play sports can get rid of the pimple.

Could be an ingrown hair. See a dermatologist about it, he/she should be able to put an end to your problem.
