Take her to the ER she could be dehydrated. Plus the core reason why she is sick to start with

Take her to the ER, if she is not having any wet diapers and has had diarreah, she is probably dehydrated. This will cause her to not want to eat too. If she will not even drink Pedialite she is probably feeling nauseous. Taking her to the ER or the nearest Urgent Care facility would be best. she needs medical attention. Don't be upset ok, but if she is in fact dehydrated and they cannot get her to drink anything, then they will start her on IV fluids, and it is hard to watch. They will also more than likely take a urine sample and that means having to insert a catheter since you daughter is probably not able to "pee in a cup". Be strong there mama, I went through the SAME thing when my girl was about 15 months old. She was a very sick baby.

I would take her into an Urgent Care clinic or the ER. It's so easy for little ones to become very ill due to dehydration. There's a lot of flu going about right now so I would get her seen. Better to be safe than sorry. Dry diapers are a sign that she's already dehydrating.

YOU REALLY NEED TO GET THE BABY TO THE ER NOW!!

If your baby is more than 10 hours without a wet diaper...go to the hospital. She is dehydrated, no question!!!! And on top of that even if she wasnt dehydrated, diarrhea every 15 minutes is serious. Pay attention to warning signs please...go to the hospital now. I dont know whats wrong with her..but i do know something is severly wrong..and the longer you wait the more danger you are putting the baby in. Your baby beeds to be in the ER. Please Take Her With NO More Hesitation.

Yes, take her to the ER. As young as she is she could get dehydrated very quickly. Keep fluids in her and if she is not vomiting, definitely get as much down as possible. They may need to give her an IV. This is hard for little kids, so get enough fluids in her. Trust me, I had five kids with the stomach flu a few weeks ago and had to take them all to the emergency room to get IVs. It is scary for little ones to go to the hospital, but it is for the best. I am so sorry that she has to go through this, good luck!!!!

Yeah, I have to agree- this young, it is better to be safe than sorry when it comes to dehydration. Take her to the ER or after-hours care center to get her started on intravenous fluids. This could be a reaction to a food she ate or to a virus, but either way, she can get seriously dehydrated from the lack of fluids and diarrhea. Take her in, don't wait for your doc.

Yes this sounds like gastroineritis and its very dangerous in children they can dehydrate. The hospital will have to give her a drip to replace all the fluids she lost. And it would also be wise to keep a bottle of gastrlyte aswell you can get it from the chemist it also helps with easing of diarreoah and replacing fluids to stop dehydration. So i would take her to the hospital

If she isn't wetting diapers, isn't drinking much and is pooping as much as you say. Yes take her, she could be on her way to getting dehydrated and that is dangerous.
Plus they can tell you by blood work if she has a virus or something
Yes, go ahead and take her, she needs some fluids and get down to the bottom of what is making her sick

first thing i would do would be to take her to a er, or walk in clinic ASAP, not getting enough fluids can really cause damage to an infant/toddler.
second thing i would do would be to get another doctor, what kind of doctor is unable to be reached by an answering service.
your childs care is the top priority when you are a parent. I wouldnt settle for less, ever! momx3

Why risk it. Your kids health is important and it's better to be safe than sorry. Severe dehydration could mess with her brain and organs. It's been too long as it is. If your child's doctor doesn't call back and follow up I would replace them immediately with someone that cares about your kids enough to return the call. They always say that if your doctor seem indifferent to your complaints you should leave them and get someone that really listens to what you have to say. I hope everything is OK!

first of all, get a pediatrician who has someone on call 24 hours, if it's at all possible to switch.
Call you local emergency room (don't be alarmed, you're just better off safe than sorry) and ask if they think you should bring her in. My son was vomiting with flu for about 48 hours, not even keeping water down, and needed treatment for dehydration.
