All Christians ought to discover God's will for their lives. For we are all saved not only to go to heaven but to serve God with all the abilities that God has given us. Since God knows what abilities He has given us He is the only One who can find the best fit for what we are created to do. God is our Shepherd. He wants to guide us in His will every step of the way, including how we should be gifted and trained to do His will. Discovering God's will for us is a process and we need to hear from God ourselves to proceed step by step. God is our Shepherd we are His sheep and as His sheep we can hear His voice (John 10:16). We will know God's will because He is the One who directs us as we go along. Moreover God also puts the Holy Spirit in us to be our teacher, guide, protector and empowerer. So we are given all the help to know. I know God's will because He told me personally and gave me the scripture that suppports His calling on my life. You can be in the same place as I am.

I believe that before you truly can knows God's specific will for you as an individual you must stop thinking as the world thinks and learn to trust Him.

Romans 12:2 Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--his good, pleasing and perfect will.

No, I dont. Meaning I do not know the 'full picture' of my life. And I even dont know what He wants me to do today really. Apparently His will is good and He wants the best for His children. But where this 'best' lies is so often hard to tell.
He also surely wants me to be loving and kind and humble, etc, etc.. He will forgive me if I am not, but He would want me to be a person like His Son, Jesus.
Would love to really Want what He wants.. Wont it be great?...
Unfortunately, i do not.. And simply Knowing His will wouldnt help if you do not love God and dont want to obey Him - in Everything.
