Tension headaches are due to tight, contracted muscles in your shoulders, neck, scalp, and jaw. They are often related to stress, depression, or anxiety. Overworking, not getting enough sleep, missing meals, and using alcohol or street drugs can make you more susceptible to them. Headaches can be triggered by chocolate, cheese, and monosodium glutamate (MSG). People who drink caffeine can have headaches when they don't get their usual daily amount
Other common causes include
Holding your head in one position for a long time, like at a computer, microscope, or typewriter
Poor sleep position
Overexerting yourself
Clenching or grinding your teeth

Headaches do not originate in the brain, as many people think; they are the products of malfunctioning muscles, blood vessels, and nerves in the head. One or more of these malfunctions--for example, the dilation of arteries or overcontraction of muscles--can activate sensory nerves in the head, resulting in a headache. Hormones such as estrogen can make headaches worse. This is why women, who undergo hormonal fluctuations as part of their monthly menstrual cycle, are twice as likely as men to experience moderate and severe headaches and more likely to experience certain types of headaches, such as migraine. About 95% of headaches aren't caused by an underlying disease or structural abnormality. Instead, their origins lie in such common conditions as stress, fatigue, lack of sleep, hunger, changes in estrogen level, weather changes, or caffeine withdrawal.

Drink gently and you will no longer even evaluate your headache anymore. yet once you drink to lots, or provide it some hours, your headache will come back ten fold. there is an exceptionally skinny median in ingesting alcohol, between to lots and not sufficient. And in between it is definitely one of those sunshine headed, loose floating feeling (such as you're in a center of a chuffed treatment music video). This for me is approximately 4 photos of bourbon... for you it is greater via fact of your weight. i might in my view no longer advise alcohol nonetheless, for a headache treatment, i might advise water, sleep, and a percocet. solid luck
