k first of all on reason is that most people dont get the right nutrients that they need out of there meals so there body keeps asking them for more and more food trying to get the nutrients needed and they end up over eating and still not getting the nutrients. and also u are not eating nearly enough food and ur not eating any thing with any true value to it. every single day your body needs all of it vitamins, minerals, amino acids, fatty acids, carbohydrates, oils, protein, and enzymes to work properly. that alone is a list of nearly 100 different things that your body needs to properly function. if your concerned about gaining weight and thats y u eat so little really reasearch other ways to get all these neutriens in an easier more efficient maner than stuffing ur self and still not gain wieght. i personaly drink smooties for most of the day that i make a head of time that have kefir (wich u realy realy realy should reasearch) wich i use to get all my digestive enzymes, silica, flax seed and flax oil to get all the good faty acida and oils that i need, estivia to help regulate my blood sugar and keep my pancreas healthy, and then i put what ever fruits that i want to falvor it all to make it tasty to drink. and the fruit also helps to supplement the vitamins that i need. that smootie is what i usually drink through out the day and usually the only real meal ill eat is dinner. and well im perfectly healthy in great shape and havnt been sick one day since ive started doing all this over a year and a half ago. i dont know if ull actually reasearch all this stuff or even read this entire thing but if u do i just want you to know that this is all very valid and is the kind of stuff that will help you live to be 100 years old and never have to go to the doctors. seriously this is only the tip of the ice berg.

that is not a lot of food at all acutally. that would be a persons breakfast and that is the only stuff you eat all day?!!! you need more protein and veggies.
also make sure you are not dehydrated. drink lots of water and get electrolite packets to put in it and then see how you feel in a few days

Hmmm. Eat junk food? I usually get full by just a small slice of cheesecake. Go to the mart and by a small slice.

that is not a lot to eat, i dont know what a vitagen is, you are eating a lot of carbs though and no protien.

cause you dont eat enough
try eating 6 small meals
and counting calories
water is your friend, drink lots
drinking cold water makes hunger go away
drinking warm water or tea or coffee makes you feel full
