give it some time, you will be miserable in the new relationship always wondering about the Ex. It will be obvious to the new guy and then you will have another break up. give it some time! you dont even seem to thrilled about the new guy!

You shouldn't jump into something new!! Give yourself time to heal! I know it's hard to go through a breakup, but going out with this other guy is not going to fix that believe me I know. doing that will only make things worse because either you will end up hurting him or you will get overly attached and be hurt again. Only this time you will get a fresh cut on a scabbed over cut ouch! If you give your heart time to mend you will be able to take the good things and the bad from this relationship and learn. I know everyone says stuff like that but really, you'll be able to say I really like this about him I'll look for that in my next guy, and I didn't so much like this so I can watch out for that. Trust time heals all wounds!

It is useless hanging on to past feelings especially when they ex have moved on.

Maybe you are too raw to go out just yet, but life goes on, just watch out for the rebound effect cos that's even worse believe me..

Nothing wrong with going out with guy but lay down some ground rules so as he doesn't get all possessive, slowly slowly does it good luck (((hugs)))

I would suggest u slowly forget him before u move on to another relationship. I can guarantee you that you sure will not be able to forget him in such a short period of time if u really love him. Be fair to yourself and the 'new' guy.

Yes, go out with him. You can't spend the rest of your life crying over someone who is ready to move on. The best way to get over one man is another man. I'm not saying it will happen overnight, but it will happen. At least you won't be home alone thinking about your ex all the time.

Nope. Best you take some time to let this one fade out. If this new guy is really crazy about you, he will wait.

Give yourself some time to heal. If you go into this one with feeling still lingering around from the last one, it will probably blow up in your face.

Umm...so not! Getting into a new relationship juz after your old one is well...over is b-a-d, bad. You will start to compare your new boy to your old one and pretty soon he'll give up and flare up. Plus by doing so, it gives ppl an impression that you just want to be dating, no matter who you date. And sometimes, ppl might even say you're cheap. And don't try to tell me you don't care one bit!

be fair to everyone, if you want to go out with him just to forget you ex, it's some kind of selfishness!!! let the time heals and decide when it'll be the right time! Don't look for the right man, let them found you! remember that God will never leave us empty, He will always replace everything that we lost unto someone better...

why not give yourself a chance to be happy again if this guy will treat you like gold for a bit that's what you need right now so I would give him a chance and what if its something wonderful you never no. there's no time limit after breaking up.
