search for him online at US.ARMY.MIL it is the AKO portal go to white pages and type in his name it will give you contact info and e-mail

the red cross will help with emergancies but not just trying to find old freinds. you can try the VA or try and find them online. If someone doesnt want to be found it will make things harder.
