Understanding!.... I also pray for guidance..... I notice that sometimes when I pray over my food, I wont even ask for the food to be blessed... Just too busy trying to get in that need for guidance and understanding.... Hmp!.... I hope it doesn't come back to haunt me....

So far I haven't thrown up or anything.... heheheee

I pray for anything and everything when I am in need of it.... I also pray to be among the thankful and grateful and those who will be forgiven. I pray not to be questioned on the Day of Judgment and I pray for paradise for me and my loved ones.

i don't pray for anything like wealth,job or happiness etc because i'm not sure what is best for me. I just tell GOD to be with me always and give me what He thinks,is good for me. No matter whatever it is, i would accept without complain. I'm afraid to ask for anything in particular because i may get it.

I pray that Armeggedon come, not only so that Satan and his demons will be gone and this horrible world as we know it be gone and a new world be in place, but Mainly so that the issue of Jehovah God's Right to be called the TRUE SOVEREIGN of the universe will no longer be called into question. Then there will be no more false gods to draw attention away from him. HE is the creator of all life , all EVERYTHING- in the universe and he alone should get the credit and worship deserving of such a wonderful act. He made US for crying out loud, and how many people do you know who actually thank him by using his name? Most people barely know his name because they have been so misled ( uh, by guess who?? Could it be, I dunno, SATAN??) into believing he is Jesus ( not!) and that his name is actually GOD> or LORD, when those are actually only TITLES given to him.
He is THE ONE deserving of all of our praise, that is what I pray for, for that time to come. He has done so much and he deserves it.

I also pray for all those around the world, that are doing his will, for him to please watch over and protect them from harm. I ask for forgiveness of my many sins and shortcomings. Help for the things where I need strengthening and help ( my short temper! ). I also ask for him to watch specifically for help for peopel I might know that are having problems or are in the hospital or sick.
And I especially like to tell him "thank you" for things that I've noticed that day.... the beautiful autumn colors... the rain we are getting that we need so much... things like that. And I thank him for colors. I am legally blind and colors are how I tell things apart. I like to paint and colors are one of my favorite things in the world. I like to thank him for those, the myriads of colors we have.
Then I always thank him so much for the gift he gave us in his son's sacrifice and the establishment of his kingdom, and I ask for all of that , and pray to him, thru his son's name, Christ Jesus, and end with 'amen' , which means- So be it, or 'surely'.
