His big toes do point the other way, shoes aren't too small. Always tripping then falls down but get right back up. Is this normal for a 7yr. old?

he is clubsy he's growing fast it is normal and will get better

That to me does not sound normal at all. It could be the warning signs of something with his equilibrium or disease symptoms. I don't want to scare you at all but keep a good eye on that because working in the medical profession many years has taught me to look for some of the most simplest of things to be warning signs of something much more complicated. Watch for other things that do not seem to fit. Don't be surprised that the Doctors are baffled at first also. They tend to let their ego's take over and think they have it all under control when in fact they are letting poor souls suffer at their expense. Ive seen it happen again and again!

all 7 years old fall about the place but if your worried mention it to your gp next time your are there or just ring up and speak to him to put your mind at rest

Have him checked out by an orthopedic surgeon. That is not normal and if it is something that can be corrected, it's best to do it while he's young.

check his eyesight he might have eye sight problem,i used to do that at that age and they didn't figure it out untill i was like 12 arrrrrg.

No, he probably needs corrective footwear, talk to your pediatrician.
