I have noticed that the conquest of lustful encounters in the millenium has surpassed the sacred bounds of true everlasting love that leads to lovemaking with say a lifetime partner. This is built on trust, friendship, respect and partnership. Whatever happened to old fashoned values?

Thank you I'd like to know the answer to this question myself!!! For crying out loud! Our society has decided to surround it's self in sex, it's everywhere. You would not believe some of the stories I hear from high school kids every day. Sex is expected, and when not given right away, people actually get upset & sometimes very cruel. I knew there was a problem when in the dating world I HAD TO ACTUALLY say on the first date, I'M SORRY NO I WON'T SLEEP W/YOU!!! People barley knowing each other off dropping their pants together making babies!!! What kind of environment is that for a child to grow up in anyways? People want to wonder about the decay of our society, you need to look no further it started w/ the breaking up of our families. Now we are living in a feel good society. I mean it's all about the here the now, and what I want, what is the easiest route out of everything what is going to make me feel good. Screw the people you hurt along the way. WHERE IS THE DISCIPLINE? Whoa sorry got off track there. To answer your question to most of our society old fashion morals, values & intentions no longer exist, they are dead, it's sad state of affairs. However there are a select few of us left. And the man I love & who loves me is willing to wait, as AM I. Why do we wait, cause we want to be sure that when we are together there will never be anyone else but each other. You ever want to find out if a guy truly loves you? Stop sleeping w/him & see how long he sticks around. (this is outside of marriage!!)

Absolutely girl I think too many girls feel they have to give it up just so the guys are kept happy.

Me I'm from the old school, I want more than a dinner then taken to bed.

The big C to those who think what? Committment something you guys are so afraid of, I will not turn it on like a tap a girl must have some morals.....

They no longer exist....well, they do for a select few. Sex is everywhere these days; in the media, on the t.v., the big screen, everywhere! People see it, and want to try it. Unfortunately, it's not always as glamorous as it's portrayed.
