There is some thought that large doses of Vitamin H, or Biotin can make the hair regain its original color. I take 3500 micrograms of Biotin daily, and my hair has zero gray in it, and most people my age have some gray by now.
Try about 2.5 milligrams to 4 milligrams or 2500 micrograms to 4000 micrograms and see if that helps you.

As the other people have already answered you (more or less facetiously) there is nothing one can do when the hair loses its melanin, i.e. it turns white. But since this is an indicator that you have lived a certain number of years and you have thus gained a measure of experience and wisdom, it means that white hair should be nothing to be ashamed of and it should therefore not be hidden.
