Yes, but I was at Manchester airport recently when a lady carrying her handbag and another item was told she would have to either check the insulin or one of the other items. If you are carrying it in a flask or cool pack, please be aware that because of cabin baggage restrictions, you will probably only be able to carry your insulin on board, and no other hand-luggage. You will also need your prescription because of the new security regulations, and the insulin will have to be packed in a clear container.

Yes, as long as the name on the bottle matches your ID. Ditto for the injection kit. It would be wise to bring a letter from your doctor as well.
