Dead skin. We humans who shower alone don't have the reach to clean our backs well. You could get a back brush and try washing your back with that. It's not gross it was a part of you that isn't needed anymore. We replace skin cells continuously.

I get this every day, and scrubbing doesn't remove it well b/c the cloth just seems to rub the surface w/o removing it. It is a mixture of dead skin cells, dirt, soap scum from your last shower, body oils and dead body hair (the really fuzzy kind). I suggest you try using a loofah sponge to exfoilate, and switch to a gel-type body cleanser to help w/ the soap thing. I did, and the filmy stuff reduced by half! It won't matter how often you shower, or how well you clean yourself, because it's always there.

I get it too, you will notice that if you scratch anywhere else, it is all over your body. A good whole body rub will do the trick. Make sure you are wet and have your b/f, husband or whatever rub you very firmly all over, you will probably want to shower after you do this. An exfoliating scrub will work but not nearly as well.

Hi there !
why getting tensed up ?
It could be : either "dirt or some sort of infection" !
The solutions are :
1. Deramatologists opinion ..
2. Take an "oil bath" at least once in a week !
Best wishes..!

It's probably just dead skin. We shed skin all through life, like hair. If you're really worried, see your doctor. There's nothing gross about it.

Dead skin, dirt, or sweaty build up. go to a swimming centre and swim in the pool, the chlorine will help.

How many times do you shower anyway? Once a day/week/month? :) If you showered/took a bath more regularly, maybe, the 'stuff' will dissappear. :)
