Swap the coke out with Cream Soda (if you must have soda), a dark beer, or a nice bourbon,
add crème brûlée with the cheesecake, extra snow crab legs, plus some lobster tails, and then make it Kobe Prime steak and you have my choice for a final, be-all and end-all, meal.
