If you are truly interested in becoming a Muslim, recite the shahadatayn (two testimonies) below:
"aÅ¡hadu 'al-lÄ ilÄha illÄ-llÄhu wa 'aÅ¡hadu 'anna muħammadan rasÅ«lu-llÄh"
In English, it means:
"I testify that there is none worthy of worship except God and I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of God."
Recite this only if you are truly interested and in front of other Muslims who will act as witnesses to your testimony.

I welcome you to Islam with arms wide open. This big step is to benefit of yourself and should not be done for any person but for God and you. I urge you to independetly research the "truth" and decide for yourself what stance you take. There is a large range of "Islam" but the main points dont change--Oneness of God is very important. To become Muslim you say "La ila ha ila la" There is no God but God and belief in the prophet. All else falls in place. Here are some sites :)

From what I understand, the actual process of converting to Islam is reciting a poem from the Koran in arabic. This poem is supposed to be an acknowledgment that there is no other god, and that Moe is his messenger.
I know the poem, but as a rule, I wont even write it down because I do not believe it.

whenever you believe it in heart you say the proclamation of faith .... either just with yourself or with an imam (religious leader) at a local mosque..... then you can adopt the lifestyle of peacefulness and sumission to God

that means
no one is master(controller) of this world except Allah and Muhammad (SAW) is his last Prophet.
in a voice u can hear with ur ears
and then u start to belive you are a muslim and than u can start practice.

first don't hear to those rubbish people, you can go to any islamic community in your area or city or the nearest one asking them to guide you to their responsible to help you how to know about islam in true way avoiding any parasite to get true knoledge abut islam cermonies,from your side you must confess that no god unless one god is allah and mohammad his slave and prophet,and must pray 5 times aday and fast ramadan,so for all these details you need some one to give you a hand to know them,if you wish e-mail me i'll try to help you as i can.
