I didn't sacrifice a god damned thing! I get paid to do a job and risk my life and that is all the compensation I want or deserve. If the money, training, and adventure wasn't satisfactorily payment then I wouldn't do it.
Self sacrifice is a fools errand, fit for monsters or animals with no mind on a slippery slope towards death. If you want to die, don't point a gun at me and tell me I'm going with you for the greater good. The only "good" you value is death.

I am here fighting for my God's cause. Procreating, multiplying through by ******* three women at a time so that procreation would be faster.
