it depends how developed you are, by lifting weight before your body matures, it can stunt your growth and you can seriosly injure yourself for life but the majority of 14 year olds are alright, anything that doesnt put too much pressure on your back like the bench is alright but if your underdeveloped then stay away from stuff like deadlifts and squats

im 14 too. i lift weights and all of the other stuff like squats,dead lift, and all the other stuff. I grew 4inches last year and i was lifting. The doctior predicted me to be 5'9 when im fully grown. But now he said 5'11. so no it wont stunt your growth

Lifting weights in my garage during high school left me with bursitis in the shoulders by age 19 so perhaps you should only train under the advice of a professional?

No. Just be careful about straining too hard as that can cause some injuries.

i cant see why but your bones are still growing and if you break one at this point you can have some nasty problems, so go easy on those weights.
