if you feel there is nothing wrong with you then you are probably right. you should know better than your mom on how you feel. maybe your mom might be comparing your life with what she had before when she was your age. just keep on talking with your mom and assure her that you are all right.

Every now and then you will come up into a phase like this in your life. Life sometimes becomes just boring or monotone. You will get the feeling that you are caught within a circle and destined to do the same thing for the rest of your life. Things you used to like doing may become ordinary boring occupations.
It is quite normal for a 15 year old boy to feel this way, and most probably this will not be the last time either.
On the other hand, if this lack of excitement of yours is stationary, or if you are like it as long as you know yourself, then most probably this is part of your character. As long as you have friends and find things to occuppy yourself, then I believe everything is ok. After all, mothers are there to find things to bother about their sons and I am glad this the only thing she can find after all.

Thats just your personality i don't think ur mum has any reason to worry about u. Not everyone can be cheerful and bubbly all the time. All the same u should try to interact with kids ur age and do something exciting once in a while coz its not very healthy to be alone all the time especially for teenagers. At ur age u should have all the energy in the world so use it boy! And good luck!

You play sports, yet are lopw on energy. Are you tired from your sports? Have you had a physical lately? You sound depressed, to be honest. If you're not interested in ANYTHING how do you play sports? Is there something you are interested in doing? You could also have a chemical imbalance, which can make you depressed, no matter how many friends you have, or how popular you are. I would see a regular doctor and make sure your health is good, and if it is, see a therapist and talk to them. You have to be honest though, if you want help! Good luck.

Do you get excited about sports? If so you are probably just into sports and nothing else at the moment.
If everything you can think of just doesnt matter and you are tired a lot and just dont care about ANYTHING then you are probably depressed.
Maybe you just dont care for movies or shopping and such.
I know people who just dont care for shopping or movies or sports but have one or two other interests and they are happy people.
Maybe you dont care for all the garbage out there and on tv etc. I know something that might interest you. Check this out.

You're probably just a homebody and there's nothing wrong with that. Everybody doesn't get off on hanging out.
My brother was the same way when he was your age and he is a very successful military man now. Tell mom not to worry.
By the way, my brother is 26 now and he's still a homebody :-)

There is definitely nothing wrong about you!
As I see it, you're just being yourself. You may not be conventional, but still, that doesn't put you in the abnormal margin. I myself am a bit eccentric. I am actually more eccentric than you are. Still, I don't see myself being abnormal. We are all unique, and that's the way it is. Some people may not understand, but that's who we are. You just have to be confident in pursuing who you are, as long as you do not jeopardize the good.
Cheers!

Tell your mom to rest assured she has nothing to worry about you're hatching a brilliant plan to build the perfect treehouse with matching drapery and the works. You seem to be fine. If you say so, your mom should say, right on!

It sounds like this is just the way you are. Believe me, I am not the norm either. My mother was always trying to change the way I am but you can't change who you are.
