Multivitamins once a day is more than enough usually, if you are not a patient or do not have symptoms indicating deficiency....
If you take more than the usual dose...it will get excreted in the urine ..thats all..
Usually the vitamins get absorbed from stomach and intestine ! But they have a certain limit for absorbing each ingredients like iron, calcium, vitamin B complex etc etc.. If we ingest more than that, it will be thrown out of the body in urine and sweat !
Just see the brand name of the tablet you are taking "One A Day"..right ?

Natural vitamins are much better and in capsule form. When they are heat pressed it kills the potency not to mention that grocery store types are usually synthetic. If you want a great multi then go and try these. You can get them at a health food store or from an online health food store. Twinlab brand daily one caps with iron since you are a woman. WIthout iron for men. After a month or two on these you will feel a big difference.These are high potency capsules ,and any of it that your body doesnt use will be flushed out naturally. The only vitamins you can od on are the oily kind and also minerals. But these are very safe.
And be sure to get in plenty of water for your health.It is as important as vitamins.

That would be totally fine. I take a morning multi vitamin and then in the afternoon before i workout i take some performance vitamins. So in my opinion this is perfectly fine.

IT is OK. Since your a very big girl, you could even take 2 in the morning. No need to take another at night.

No, you don't need two vitamins, girl. You only need one a day, it don't matter how tall you are. Keep up the good work, hun! :-)

You don't want to overdo it on vitamins. Hence, that's why it's called one a day because that's all you need. Ask your doctor to be sure.

No. ODing on Vitamins doesnt do anything for you. Infact sometimes its bad for you. If you have 100 %DV of a vitamin...you're good to go.
