If you are referring to what became the Nazi anthum, it was "The Horst Wessel Song" and was played at all fuctions along with "Deuchland Uber Allus" , As others have said the type of marching was called the "Goosestep", I noticed recently, the North Koreans do it as well as some oter countries.
