Well, this sort of goes with the biblical verse which tells us that Jesus came to seek and to save that which was lost....us. The bible tells us that we, before coming to Christ, are like sheep; we have all gone astray, every one to their own way. Out there in the world, following the ways of the world, and on the broad path to destruction. Once a person discovers they are a sinner, and only Jesus can take that sin away, they are then found. They have a root in the vine; Jesus Christ. They are planted. They begin to read and understand God's word and His promises and how He would have them live. They now have a firm foundation, and have found their way; to the Father, through the Son.
