If you arent willing to raise a child, you shouldnt be having sex, or should at LEAST be using two or more forms of contraception. A child should not have to die because you are too much of a coward to accept responsibility for your actions.

Congrats on your new addition to your family!!

I am here to tell you that you can become pregnant at anytime, there is no safe period.
You know like how everyone says "YOU CAN'T GET PREGNANT ON YOUR PERIOD?' Well I did but sadly i miscarried at 5 weeks.

There is always a chance of pregnancy if you don't use birth control and condoms.
If her period was already due then why not go ahead and take a pregnancy test? That means she is 9 days late right? It would show up on a home preg. test if she is. Take a test to put your mind at rest. Or go to the doctor and she can get a blood test and that will show pregnancy 7 days after conception.

If you choose abortion then that is your buisness, her decision, no one elses.
Good luck

To stop the anxiousness, have a pregnancy test. Then you will have to consider future plans based on the result.

If you are trying to time when ovulation occurs and when it would be "safe" to have sex in terms of avoiding pregnancy, you must understand that a calendar month may have 29 to 31 days -- while a woman's menstrual cycle many run from 23 to 35 days.

Some women have "regular" cycles with periods always occuring exactly a certain number of days apart. Other women have less predictable cycles. The cycle length can also be changed due to stress, medicine, amount of exercise, diet ...

Women who are breastfeeding a baby may not even have periods for the time they are nursing - and ovulation may begin again as the child nurses less.

Because of these facts, the method of counting days to determine ovulation and when the safe period occurs is not perfect. The "safe zone" occurs a few days before and after the actual release of the woman's egg (ovulation). An ovulation detection test can determine when this occurs.

Since abortion kills the child at whatever stage of development (i.e. how many weeks), a more sure method of preventing pregnancy should be used, if you want to truly be responsible for planning your family, without needlessly harning another baby.

I would encourage you to find more reliable means to control family planning like vasectomy, to prevent pregnancy for sure instead of relying on getting rid of your son's sibling. With other methods you could make love when you both want to without being tied to a calendar.

I know people disagree about when a child is real, but isn't more responsible to prevent possible killing or ending of newly created life by using better birth control?

Get a pregnancy test. Abortion is at least 10 times safer than full term pregnancy so, you don't have to worry too much about that. There are some risks that you can talk to your doctor about, if abortion is what you choose.

In the future, I suggest you use condoms and/or hormonal birth control or start charting her cycle, taking her temperature and monitering discharge and knowing when it is unsafe. Simply guessing when a woman is ovulating is not going to work and has a very high failure rate.

If you get to outlaw abortions, Can atheists outlaw public displays of religion? Is it okay to abort Muslim fetuses; you don't seem to have a problem with killing them outside the womb. In the 1700s, a bunch of guys wrote this really awesome paper. It said that all men were created equal. Do you believe that you are morally superior to all the people of the world who aren't of Abrahamic religions? Do you believe that the government should recognize that as a fact. Would you like the United States to become a Christian theocracy? If you answered, "yes" to any of those last three questions; congratulations, you're a fascist.

I expect that she may be pregnant. That's what happened to me. My period comes the same time every month and me and my husband decided to have a baby and I missed my period. By the next week I was pregnant. It would be safe to do an abortion, but remember... a little baby is starting to breathe. If you do an abortion now, you are taking a littlle life that is innocent. A baby born is sooo special especiallly if you get the monthly exams and see how it is growing within you. Alot of people that had abortions told me that when they are ready to concieve next time they miscarrie. My sister miscarried 3 times after this. I would just play it out. If you are going to pay for an abortion....might as well go for the full run and have the baby. Keep the cute little baby because you are blessed with having children if you are pregnant. I kept mine and he is a very cute, happy little baby that brings joy to my face when every morning he wakes up and gives me a wide smile. It makes me feel very special. If you are pregnant and didn't really plan on it, maybe this will change your mind. Check out the website I made for my little one and hopefully he will bring a smile to your face. It is: http://babymalachi.piczo.com
If you are not pregnant because sometimes periods come late be thankful that you don't have to make the decision in what to do. Good luck to all!

If she is pregnant, it's perfectly safe (and safer than childbirth) for her to have an abortion.

I'd highly suggest using some form of birth control in the future to prevent having to make these choices again.

if she is pregnant abortion is not always the answer everytime you two are irresponsible you cant just keep having unprotected sex and evrytime she gets pregnant have an abortion I mean you can but that doesnt make it right im not trying to be insulting at all Im just trying to bring to your attention that instead of planning abortions you two should be planning which kind of birth contriol to use then you wouldnt have to worry at all cause you could have sex whenever you wanted and know your protected from this happening again

You are a married couple, please do not put your wife through an abortion - abortion is where the baby is killed.

You have been blessed by God with another child to raise and love, please don't destroy that little life.

After this baby is born and you do not want any more children, please use birth control or maybe you could have a vasectomy or your wife could have her tubes tied. Abortion should not be used as a method of birth control. You would be killing your son or daughter.

sex 4days before period? chances are pretty good if you used no protection (condoms), abortions are safe until week 26 i think, (within 2 1/2 month of last menstration, the doctors count from the last recieved menstration not from the next one due)
