The zoom in/out button is actually at the bottom right hand corner of the IE 7 window.
Or you can press:
'Ctrl +' to Zoom In
'Ctrl -' to Zoom out

If you have a mouse with a wheel, press Ctrl and turn the wheel one direction or the other while on the web. The print will get larger or smaller. Choose the size you like. You can also click on View in the Menu bar, then click Text Size and choose the size of text you think you may want.

View>>>Text Size
If the "usual" menu is not at the top, there's a good new tweak to have your menu at the top of the browser to download from here http://www.snapfiles.com/reviews/ie7-menu-tweak/ie7menutoptweak.html
