then why are they dominating this board? Not saying that you can't be hear, but if really don't believe in God, why do you feel the need to come here and make fun of those who do? I think that there is some part of you that does believe in God, but for some reason, you feel the need to pull away from him and bash those who do believe.

In Romans chapter one Paul writes
what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse
We all have an innate sense of God and of a higher power. It says that God has made it plain to everyone. The Atheist choose not to acknowledge which is thier God given right.
Also in James Chapter One, James write
Consider it pure joy my brothers whenever you face trials of many kinds
so we should all take this oppurtunity in this forums to test our faith and our understanding of what God really has in store for us. therefore bashing does more good than bad because it builds perserverance.

I will tell you why.... As a Christian I have asked the same question and God gave me this answer.... Atheist do not believe, but that is the Devil in them.... And The devil is using them to seek and destroy any Good that we Christians are trying to do.... But believe this..... You are helping someone out there so don't let this bother you at all.... keep doing god Work and worry not about the evil around you.... Do not give them another thought...it just gives them more reason to be here and test you if you feed them with questons like this....

Great question! Unfortunately, I pray that you had braced yourself for the immoral insults and attacks on Christianity. Not only are they dominating the board but I've noticed that the majority are white folks bickering 24/7. It's so sad. God bless.

If you haven't noticed, there are tons of "Christians" bashing everyone else. No one is getting it more than anyone else here. I've met very few religious people who think "non-believers" are good people too. Most religious people that talk about their religious beliefs tend to tell others that non-believers will go to hell. Now is THAT nice?! No way! And I rarely hear non religious people making nasty judgments and threats like that. Let's be for real here!

Why are christians, with the 'power of god' behind them so insecure that they demand exclusive access to every venue?
The category you have chosen to post your question in is "Society & Culture > Religion & Spirituality." It is not "True Beleivers" or "Christianity."
Why make fun of those who believe in god? Because believers ask for it with their self-rightous arrogance, their ignoarnce of their own mythology and their generally obnoxious manner.
As in any other social setting, ask respectful questions and you will most likely be treated with respect. Act like a bufoon and you will most likely be treated as such.

because atheists also run on the belief that their parents cannot force them into religion just by raising them in a specific religion, so really atheism is founded on the basis that the people in it are defying their parents. And im probably going to get a lot of **** from the atheists for this statement, unless they have suddenly risen above their immature need to defy their parents. then the atheist parents raise their children to believe that athiesm is based off of science so im gonna get **** from the ones that try to base atheism off of science through their so called unbiased sources, when really there is no such thing as and unbiased source, unless it is a first hand account. and i apologize that this rant wound up as one of your answers.

Atheist aren't atheist because they don't want to go to heaven, they are atheist because they don't believe in heaven.

You go girl! I have asked the same thing myself. Fine, they don't believe in God, then why do they try so hard to discredit him. I mean you don't see them acting this way over Santa or the Easter bunny. I'm sure they don't believe in them either.

Too bad if our words come to you as 'making fun of you'. That is very rarely my intention. I just want to say how I feel about religions, which may not be dominating this board, but they're sadly dominating the world, which is more terrible.
