Two big risks -
1. You get caught breaking the law and will end up in more trouble than than her. She gets deported back to her home country. You get fined and possibly sent to jail.
2. She might just divorce you and as your wife she can ask for spousal support, the house, 1/2 of what you own, etc.... Neither of you will admit that you got married for papers so there can't be a prenup and so you are kind of stuck married and then divorced. If she wins, that will prove that your marriage was legit. Plus she might have earned her citizenship along the way.

Well it is up to you....
If you decide to help your friend, just consult an immigration attorney and take your time to make your decision.
Some people mentioned divorce and she taking half of your money. Why do most people always thinks of money, greed ?
You can always sign a prenup or even put all yur assets in a trust fund and nobody can touch it. I have known people to do it.
Do your research and think about it. There is alot of resounces on the net...Do a search.

Immigration officials will have you under scrutiny,
They're cracking down on marriages for citizenship.
If she choses to divorce you after 3 years, she can TAKE half of your assets, wether you like it or not, You can't even say you married her for citizenship because by then she is a legal citizen and she could just say your lying.
So REMEMBER if things ever went sour between you two ,That means half your money..
Stupid idea,

If you like her and she likes you then i'll say get married. If not don't bother, she might tell you yes for now, but once she is here she'll change.

If your willing to help her, invest the time to do it right. Consult with an immigration lawyer and take it from there. It will save you a lot of trouble in the long run.

Not a good idea. And if you are originally from another country you could even loose your citizenship.
