I saw a news-cast and the reporter was reporting one the violence and he said, "The fighting between the 2, the 2, the 2. he couldn't say the word religions, he finally called them "sectares". Why can't we call a spade a spade?

The same reason it was Serbs killing Bosnians and not Christian Serbs killing Bosnian Muslims.

It's just a way of masking the fact that religion is behind 80% of the world's conflicts.

Because you won't find ALL religions fighting for the same things/reasons. So many religious factions are just out for their own good, that they have lost all sight of what should be their ORIGINAL goals, and that is to 1) Love their neighbors as themselves 2) love their God with their whole hearts, mind, bodies and souls. 3) Love their enemies.
Instead of trying to teach their enemies of God's love and his wonderful promises that are sooooo soon to be fulfilled, too many of today's Religions are busy trying to 'get what is theirs' and fighting each other to do so. SO many of the major wars of the world have been begun in one way or another because of religious reasonings. Its so sad!!
True christians should look for other ways to settle differences.
And as far as war goes, you won't
find the Christians of the TRUE Religion fighting at all. In the TRUE religion, the men of the congregation would rather serve prison terms than to be drafted or to serve in the armed services. In countries where social service is demanded of ALL the men when they reach a certain age ( Norway, for example, ) the gov't is amenable to this and these men are trained and allowed to work in public works= hospitals, sanitation, firemen, construction workers, and other Non-military related jobs.

In this religion you will also find families that sit down and eat dinner together. That talk together. That serve God together. That study the Bible together. That put God before man. That remain neutral in all things political as they believe in only one , true government and it is not run by mankind. They are honest, hard working, caring, dependable and a clean people. They do not indulge in gambling, drugs, drinking to excess, immorality, dishonest practices, or promote hatred. They care about their fellow man. They love their neighbors as they do themselves; reaching out to help those in need.
