You don't. You leave her. She has known about her father for a long time, and she should have warned you. She is no good for you. No good relationship can be built on deception.

try writing an anonymous letter to her explaining the incident. If her reaction is too strong, you can always deny that you are the writer. If her reaction is positive, you can own up and discuss the matter with her.
