Conduct a surveillance when your stepdaughter meets the old man and this must be coordinated with the police so that proper arrest will be conducted. The crime committed is seduction because your stepdaughter is a minor.

If you aren't sure get his email address and that might tell you his ISP, of which you can use to report that to the proper authorities.
You might also want to refer to the Internet Crime Complaint center. http://www.ic3.gov/
To file a complaint you will need the following information:

Your mailing address
Your telephone number
The name, address, telephone number, and Web address, if available, of the individual or organization you believe defrauded you.

Do not let your 16 year old stepdaughter get on line with him > talk to her and let her know you will take her computer away if she continues to chat with him. I know he is breaking the law, but I am concerned that it maybe too late before law enforcement looks into this. She is old enough to understand how dangerous this is. Uninstall the program if it is a chat program and she continues to chat with him.

Any criminal, or any misdemeanor regarding relatives violence will do it for the criminal area. There are not any Federal regulations related to psychological ailment and gun possession different than on Federal factors. decrease than Virginia regulation, VA prohibits anybody who has gained in-affected person psychiatric care from possessing or possessing a gun except they get a psychiatrists certification that they are greater wholesome to accomplish that. there is likewise a provision for a decide to prohibit gun possession in the event that they have self belief somebody poses a threat. In 2005, a decide got here across that Cho became mentally sick, and posed "a sparkling and coming near near threat to himself or others". He had the authority to reserve him dedicated to a psychological facility, yet instead he ordered him to acquire basically outpatient care - and outpatient psychiatric care does no longer ban gun possession. notwithstanding, by way of fact the decide got here across Cho to be a "sparkling and coming near near threat", he had the authority to prohibit him from possessing or possessing a gun. He did no longer accomplish that. the project there wasn't the regulation... it became that a decide did no longer be conscious it as he could. Cho had few buddies, and no contacts in the criminal community. Had he been banned from legally paying for a gun, he'd have had large subject getting one. Richard
