If white or black Men are equal. Equality is the basis of human standard. No race is superior or inferior. Racism is therefore against humanity. Racism adopts repression. When it is the State, Racism is implemented through it's repressive laws and measures. It is violent also. We have experienced it in South Africa. Similarly Caste System. So Racism is cruel. To resist cruelty is humane. Racism has to be rebelled out if peaceful ways fail. Therefore rebellion becomes duty.

Racism wont become law because it is too much of an open category. There are too many loop holes.

Rebellion is necessary for people who are discriminated. Thus, racism must not prevail so that there will be no trouble.

Racism won't become 'law' in the USA. If our government doesn't abide by the Constitution it was sworn to uphold, it is OUR (citizens) Constitutional right to rebel against our government.
You can call it "DUTY", I'll call it a REVOLUTION.
They are not upholding their oath to protect us from unwanted invaders into our country. Our demand to deport illegal immigrants, secure our borders and control immigration has nothing what-so-ever to do with anyone's race. It has everything to do with wanting our laws enforced and our borders secure.
It is OUR RIGHT as CITIZENS of th United States of AMERICA.

Most definitely yes. Although you might want to think a little about how to do that without ending up as a martyr. There are plenty of ways to rebel without sacrificing yourself uselessly.

Wheres the racism in the law??
The law doesn't state that there are people who are exempt for applying to be legal,
The law is if you come here illegally, Your considered and illegal alien, if found... You will be deported.
